Absorbent granules made from milled and dried corn cob.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES

  • high absorbency : 1 L cob 20 chip can absorb up to 1.6 litres
  • virtually dust free
  • no chemical treatment in any way
  • ash at 800° C: 1.2 %
  • loose bulk density: 450 to 660 g/l
  • moisture content: 11 % maximum
  • pH: 6

Average size of particles : 0.7 mm - 1 mm
