Definition
Cream coloured flakes manufactured by sifting softwood shavings derived from Nordic Fir from sustainable forests. Gold flakes are kiln-dried and carefully sifted to attain the specified sieve analysis.

Physical and Chemical Properties
- absorbency: 1L of Gold flakes can absorb up to
0.35 L. - efficient and natural absorption of odours.
- low dust content
- no chemical treatment in any way
- ash at 800° C : 1.2 %
- loose bulk density: 70 to 80 g/l
- moisture content : 10 to 15 % maximum
- pH : 5.6
Particle Size
- average size of particles: 1 mm - 4 mm
- dust content (particles below 250 µm) : 1 % maximum
